Fixes #125
Guest-visible platform chrome now uses MyAPES Core consistently. Login and registration titles still say MyAPES Account, which README already allows.
What this changes
application-name,apple-mobile-web-app-title, andog:site_nameas MyAPES CoreInternal identifiers, Cloudron group names, and the GitHub repo name are unchanged.
