[FEATURE]: Phase 2: Core Pages Layout Migration to Tailwind #293

Feature and its Use Cases
Goal
As part of the Mobile Responsiveness Epic, this phase focuses on making the core data pages responsive.
Tasks
- Migrate hardcoded inline styles (like
display: grid) to Tailwind responsive classes (e.g.,grid-cols-1 md:grid-cols-2). - Make the following pages completely responsive:
- Settings Page
- Overview Page
- Contributors Page
- Repositories Page
- Governance Page

Hi @amankv1234, I saw on #291 that you asked to take the sub-issues of this epic. Are you still planning to work on this Phase 2 migration? If you've got enough on your plate with Phase 1 (#296), I'd be happy to pick this one up.
If it's free, could a maintainer assign it to me? I'll wait for confirmation before opening a PR so we don't end up with duplicate work. Thanks!

@AgrimTawani ,I’ve already prepared the complete plan for Phase 2 and have everything planned out, so to avoid any overlap or merge conflicts, I’ll be working on all the sub-issues myself.
