updating to EventBuilder v2

This release incorporates tools currently in production for eventbuilder2. Brining the repository in line with currently deployed code.

Final state prior to updating to EventBuilder v2

This release marks the final state of the repository prior to merging #373, which represents a significant set of changes to bring the main Application branch in-line with production code.
