Summary

• bump CLI version metadata from 0.6.0 to 0.6.1
• document the GTM balance output added by PR feat(account): show go-to-market balance #25
• prepare the tag-driven npm Trusted Publisher release

Validation

• npm run build
• npm test (40 files, 350 tests)
• npm run package:smoke
• node dist/index.js --version -> 0.6.1
• authenticated node --use-env-proxy dist/index.js balance against production

After merge, tag the exact merged main commit as v0.6.1; .github/workflows/release.yml publishes the smoke-tested tarball.
