Add compaction animation to context window slider #16

Description

@nate-layman

Description

Add a "Compact" button to the context window slider that visually demonstrates how context compaction works.

Animation

  1. All four regions (Intent, Information, Instructions, Conversation) compress into 10% of the total bar width
  2. The remaining 90% fills with Conversation space

This shows how compaction works: the AI summarizes the entire conversation history into a compressed version, then continues with a mostly-empty context window dominated by new conversation space.

Context

The "Understand Context Rot" principle was added to Dialogos's conversation management principles. This animation would make that concept tangible on the landing page slider widget. The slider already has task preset buttons - this would be a separate demonstration button showing what happens when the system compacts.

Notes

  • May need to temporarily bypass the 5% minimum region width for the compressed regions
  • Should feel visually distinct from the task presets (different button style or placement)
  • Consider a label like "What compaction looks like" or similar
