This PR introduces configuration updates based on project requirements:

  • Manual Workflow Triggers: Updated the PR checks workflow to trigger only on manual dispatch (workflow_dispatch) or when a PR review is submitted (pull_request_review). This prevents the workflow from running automatically on every push to a PR.
  • Gitignore Updates: Added AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md to .gitignore.

- Trigger PR checks workflow only on PR review submission or manual dispatch
- Add AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md to .gitignore
