The private authoring slice requires extra arguments for the documented minimal init command and returns internal reports without the shared CLI envelope. This change adds an explicitly selected command contract with exact-current-directory reads, deterministic template defaults, stable operation IDs, safe inspection fields and structured next actions.

Both products reuse the same command factories and serializer. Ordinary builds retain their current routing; connecting the contract to actual release binaries is the next dependent checkpoint.

Stacked on #165. Source checkpoint: 3ede8e45cd8e7947dd06fff0963541fc36bf47c0.

Validation: the integrated command, report, factory, JSON and installer CLI suites passed with 612 passing test events and no failures or skips. Independent review identified credential-shape disclosure and incomplete help routes. Both were corrected; the original independent fixtures now pass, including all 44 disclosure probes, and added regression matrices cover identity sinks and exact human/JSON help ancestry. The integrator reviewed the repair and tested the final integration. This does not establish native Windows/Mac acceptance or public release readiness; the known Windows concurrency issue and Mac contract decision remain open.
