Summary
Publish the latest multilingual documentation and fix language switching and header tab alignment. Language selection now follows standard links while preserving the current page, query, and fragment; header styling supports Fern's Astro markup.

This release includes the two local commits that were ahead of main. Browser validation covered Chinese/English switching on desktop and mobile. The separate customer-support iframe's ipify CSP errors require changes in the support service.
