5ET-1418 Add a setting to disable generating specific item variants #1430

Description

@crawltracker

Information
This would be different to the existing filter, which only blocks them from appearing in the list. Even with the filters set to exclude specific variants, both the time taken to load the list and the RAM usage are still impacted by the large number of specific variants. This is noticeable both on initial loading, and whenever the filters are changed.

Who would use it?
People who have lots of homebrew or even just less powerful computers.

How would it work?
It would be a toggle in the settings menu.

It would completely disable permuting through every base item and item group, not creating the objects and thus saving RAM.

Why should this be added?
With homebrew that adds a lot of item groups and other homebrew that adds lots of base items, the number of items grows exponentially and can take gigabytes of RAM.

Even with no homebrew or prerelease content, specific item variants take up 3515/6603 (53%) of items.
