refactor(ui): move About to its own nav item + /about page - #3

- add 'About' to top nav and mobile bottom nav (Info icon)
- new /about route (lazy) -> features/about/AboutPage rendering the two cards
- remove the inline About section + footer from the landing page
- drop primary/secondary email labels (both shown simply as 'Email')
- relocate AboutSection into features/about; add Info icon
