Tasks Wincon

Idea dump for a tasks wincon, where you have to complete x arbitrary goals in order to beat the seed. The required tasks would either get an early hint or some dedicated micro (pause menu screen maybe?). Probably can't fit the info on the file screen

Goal ideas:

• Mech Fish
• Arcade Check
• Jetpac Check
• BHDM
• Mermaid Check
• Rareware GB
• X Blast Courses
• Kill the Rabbit
• Maybe just all available win cons excl rap
• Clear 5DT

Probably a good idea to check bingo goals as well to see what works there

Dev discussion ideas:

• All races
• Bean Check (not 100% on this one since it's pretty close to just acquire the bean)
• Destroy all tomatoes (Ice tomato minigame + apple rescue)
• CB Count (Would need some internal tweaks to support more than 255. I think I have an idea for this leveraging the master win con, then using the itemreq short as a count)
• Feed the totem

Specific krem kaps maybe? I feel this one might get tricky from a UI perspective. Maybe we should convert krem kaps to be a get x krem kaps setting
