Reports opened from a task's Findings tab now return to that task with Findings selected. Original reports, unified cases, case members and duplicate suggestions preserve the task origin, while inherited access context remains separate and read-only. Task tabs follow the URL across fresh loads and browser history, preserving unrelated query parameters.

Lightweight LLM usage now records the transcript session even when body recording is disabled. The authenticated GET /api/llm/usage endpoint provides task-scoped, optionally session-filtered metadata with bounded pagination and a consistent count/page snapshot. Existing aggregates, retained accounting and archive v4 compatibility are preserved; operator documentation describes historical unknown sessions and archive limits.

Sources: adapted from RuoJi6/ARTEX PR43, head 0a327328, author RuoJi6, and lin9527ya/BLADE 0067b820, author lin9527ya. Exact AGPL-3.0 licenses and source ancestry were verified. Intelligence-search, compaction and cold-start calculations are outside these adaptations.

Validation: complete race suites for db, server and llmrec against separate fresh PostgreSQL 16 databases; 230 frontend tests; static production UI build; 17 current-app browser checks against real isolated task/finding/case data. Independent reviews cover navigation origin/access separation, actual Handler JWT/Basic authentication, migration, pagination, canceled real Norma calls and old/new archive fields. Local Node is 24.15; CI verifies Node 22. No model or security-target calls were made.
