Cursor's plugin details page falls back to the lowercase identifier because the Cursor manifest has no display name. Set its supported top-level displayName to Pine Assistant, preserving the pine identifier and pine@pine-ai installation command.

Bump the shared plugin version to 0.1.1 across the three client manifests so clients can pick up the metadata update. No MCP endpoint, tools, skills, or Python package behavior changes.

Validation: Codex plugin validator, Claude plugin validator, existing CI manifest/path checks, and diff checks pass. Cursor 3.21.16's local manifest parser reads top-level displayName; Higgsfield's currently published Cursor manifest uses the same field. Actual title rendering after plugin refresh still needs checking on the user's Mac.
