This pull request switches the project's code coverage reporting service from Codecov to Coveralls. The workflow and documentation have both been updated to reflect this change.
CI/CD workflow changes:
.github/workflows/cicd.ymlfile, updating configuration to use Coveralls-specific parameters.Documentation updates:
README.rstto point to Coveralls instead of Codecov.
