The wheel was scoped to the oxarchive package, but the sdist had no include list, so the build backend packaged every non-ignored file in the working directory at build time.

This change:

  • lists exactly what both targets ship: the package's Python sources, plus the readme, changelog, licence and pyproject.toml in the sdist
  • ignores agent working directories so they never enter the tree
  • adds a Package contents CI job that plants untracked files, builds both artifacts, and fails unless every packaged file is tracked source or metadata generated by the build backend

Test plan

  • Build with untracked files planted at the root and inside oxarchive/: sdist has 31 files, wheel has 29, all tracked or metadata
  • The check fails when an untracked module ends up in the package
  • CI green

The wheel was scoped to the oxarchive package but the sdist had no list, so
the build backend packaged every non-ignored file in the directory. Both
targets now include only the package's Python sources plus the readme,
changelog, licence and project file. A CI job plants untracked files and
fails unless every packaged file is tracked source or build metadata. Agent
working directories are ignored.
