No mkdir?

Love this tool, don't understand why more folf dont recommend it.

Q. How can I put files in a directory that does not yet exist on the target?

mkdir is in master but not in the PyPi package. @zsquareplusc do you intend to push an updated version to PyPi? Cheers!
