At the moment the Fusoin comp is set by default to 0-1000.

In Nuke we are having Set Framerange openpype menu item. This is setting framerange to what ever is set at asset/shot entity attribute. Also handles are set in range slider as in excluding way. So Workfile IN is frameStart - handleStart and OUT is frameEnd + handleEnd. And then Viewport IN is frameStart and OUT frameEnd. This way we show to artist the handles limits.
