Add the option to use with a live local/remote kernel debugging session:
- Connect to local/remote kernel debugger session and present some basic pool data (can probably not show all allocations since memory keeps changing while we query it)
- Update whatever data is presented every X seconds
- Have option to search for a specific address (already available - but extend in case of live session)
- Add hex view and memory editing
