some attributes that contain urls do not get rewritten and files do not get downloaded

I noticed that httrack only detects and rewrites and downloads files from some attributes that contain urls like src and href, but some are not like:

Those are appearing on mtel.ba, while I know some I did not mention here are appearing on wikihow.com...

Also some css are not having map files as reported in firefox console, for example for page downloaded via httrack:
https://mtel.ba/Mobilna/Dopuna/Zasto-Dopuna loads mtel.ba/assets/core/css/style.css but reports that it lacks style.css.map that is supposed to be in same folder. Probably mantioned in some other css or js file? But I fixed it by putting few such links for css map files manually into main download window in httrack, which I detected that exist on same domain and next to css files. However this only works on default site structure.
