Switch to Zensical

Some plugins we use are not supported yet, but the developers of Zensical committed to support all of them.
Check status: https://zensical.org/compatibility/plugins/

As of 15.04.2026 unsupported plugins are:

• awesome-nav (Tier 1)
• minify (Tier 1)
• blog (Tier 2)
• git-revision-date-localized (Tier 2)
• privacy (Tier 2)

However, these plugins aren’t strictly necessary for us. If we had to, we could migrate, but I’d wait until these plugins are supported before we do so.
