Update indication

Currently there is either no indication that the manager is updating / has updated a mod or it's not clear enough, as it currently shows the mod version that was installed when opening the manager rather than the currently installed version

This is probably the bug where the version number doesn't update when updating a mod.
Ill make sure to fix that before releasing the next update.
