Hey @wwood,
Just a quick question on how I can have accumulated coverage out of my mappings (bam files). This can be very useful where I have a genomes, 10% of the genome were covered by reads in sample A but another 10% (different positions) were covered in sample B. I want to know the accumulated coverage of this genomes from all samples I have. Do you have an idea how it can be achieved for large number of genomes and samples?
Thanks,
Jianshu
