RAG and MCP documentation is not following a low code friendly mode

Current RAG and MCP related documentation is not low code friendly and it should guide the user to do these in low code mode. As reference the older documentation https://bi.docs.wso2.com/integration-guides/ai/rag/rag-ingestion/ and https://bi.docs.wso2.com/integration-guides/ai/mcp-service/mcp-service/ can be taken

Also as discussed with @SasinduDilshara offline, even in the older documentation, the walk through paths should be updated to reflect the latest flows. For example in the https://bi.docs.wso2.com/integration-guides/ai/rag/rag-query/, when generating the http service currently by default no resource method is created. But the documentation reflects a path where a GET resource is created by default which was the earlier flow.

Similar inconsistencies are observed throughout the documentation. The flow of the guides should be revisited and updated to match the latest flows
