APA102 2-wire LEDs: GPIO19 works on 16.0.1 but with stranger behavior

What happened?

as explained here: #5670

i have the described board with connected data to 18 and clock to 19.

All works now, respect 16.0.0 when the led never turn on, but with low brightness (like <50%) my led flashes continuously.

i already tried to switch sw and phyisical 18 and 19 pin, is more problematic! leds flash at every brightness.
