This allows loading splashes from
SD:/wiiu/directly, likeSD:/wiiu/splash.pngorSD:/wiiu/splashes/.We already have other style/theme folders in the top-level
wiiufolder, so it makes sense to have the splashes there too.The environment-specific path will still take precedence. For instance,
SD:/wiiu/environments/experimental-aroma/splash.pngwill override any other splash image when loading theexperimental-aromaenvironment.
