Server should have a bootstrap route for when the user picks a wifi network to connect to. It will need to connect to the wifi network if possible and setup the AP again if it fails (e.g. because of bad password).
TODO: Figure out if its possible to test the wifi password provided by the user without dropping the AP fully.
