File is not directly downloading in SD card

You see in the video that i have selected sd card so the file should directly download to sd card but it's not. the file is downloading on my phone storage
After downloading the file in my phone storage at 100% there is a long waiting because it movies the file to sd card then says complete in the app
So it's not directly downloading the file to sd card
