Cover the project by tests

1. Write unit tests tests for all modules in the codestyle package
2. Write bad and good tests for every checking rule (for PHP, JS, HTML, Python and CSS). Create tests/data/good and tests/data/bad directory, write good/bad test file for every rule.
3. Write integration tests for supported command line arguments
