Organize submissions to make it easy to lookup

• Beyond beginner and advanced, organize better
• Track programming site solutions in a single file e.g. Leetcode
• Add a file naming convention
• Make verification of existing implementations easy - e.g. We have two Calculator.py
• Specify commit with code added so that we don't have updated repository
• Merge Pull requests instead of commits so that file / folder changes can be tracked

The idea is to organize in such a manner that the repository is usable beyond hacktoberfest - allowing people to lookup and use code and not just add to it
