new projects created from Accelerator should be created as a fork of the Accelerator repo to allow updates

Hi VMware/Broadcom team,

In the Tanzu Application Platform we are producing new applications from an Accelerator.

When we update the Accelerator, we want all the applications to get the update.

I think the simplest way to enable it, is that when a new repository is created from the Accelerator - it will be a fork of the Accelerator repository. So that it is possible to get updates with git pull
