OToL fetching: Implement informative help messages for missing taxa

To assist users in diagnosing issues related to missing taxa when fetching trees from OToL, it is important to improve the error/help messages.

This update should address and clarify pipeline failures, such as those experienced in #16, where the entire Erica genus was absent from OToL.
