I don't exactly understand which algorithm is already implemented, anyway here are some interesting approaches to evaluate:

• @Super-YH's HRAudioWizard enhances and restores audio quality using advanced signal processing algorithms and psychoacoustic models;
• @x1aoqv's Deep Sound Resolution Enhancer a non-deep-learning frequency enhancement algorithm;
• @CrossDarkrix's DSRE-Equalizer restores high-frequency details like Sony DSEE HX;
• @chackl1990's FFT Tools attempts to estimate and reconstruct plausible content based on spectral, harmonic, and phase relationships that are still present in the source material;

• @bkraad47's Fat Llama adding missing frequencies through FFT (Fast Fourier Transform);
