I’ve been encountering an issue where the TUI freezes intermittently when navigating to the Settings page or opening the Command Palette. When this happens, the interface becomes completely unresponsive, and the only way to recover is to terminate the process using Ctrl + C and restart the application.
Steps to reproduce (approximate):
- Open the application
- Navigate to the Settings page or open the Command Palette
- After some interaction, the UI may freeze unexpectedly
Expected behavior:
The TUI should remain responsive during navigation and interaction.
Actual behavior:
The interface freezes randomly, requiring a manual restart.
