Repo Status

Development on this repo is going stop in favor of ChrisChinchilla/vale-vscode.

There are two reasons for this:

1. It provides a chance to resolve the ID/naming issue (Installation instructions are either wrong or misleading #107); and
2. it allows me to focus more on developing other aspects of Vale. In particular, I'm currently working on a Language Server that will make it much easier to build and maintain third-party extensions.
