Integration of Data Delivery to MAAP Framework

Update the current Data Delivery (to DAAC) functionalities in MDPS to integrate with MAAP Framework (without Cumulus)

Consider SWOT/NISAR "Data Delivery" with HySDS but what happens to the data/products generated via Airflow.

• MDPS data delivery components successfully integrated with MAAP Framework APIs without Cumulus dependencies, with all authentication, authorization, and communication protocols established and functional
• End-to-end data delivery from MDPS to DAAC through MAAP Framework tested and verified
