Spotify playlist not being recognized/handled properly on launch

OxidizeBot starts on PC launch, but needs to be restarted before actual use, because if it isn't, the Spotify fallback playlist is seen as empty. It gives the "queue is empty" error.

This issue was fixed in d26b4f1, pre-release 1.0.4-alpha.2 onwards.
