Add an option to have multiple fallback playlists selectable by command

example:
!playlist add metal
!playlist metal
[change fallback playlist to the saved playlist named metal and automatically skips the current song to start playing it]

For now you can use aliases:

!alias edit !fallback1 !admin settings player/fallback-uri spotify:playlist:1ZTlxhxQ4FGJdUMBEd9pn
!alias edit !fallback2 !admin settings player/fallback-uri spotify:playlist:1ZTlxhxQ4FGJdUMBEd9pn
