Bug: if you try and access a logged in page while your database is down, the page crashes

Just like the issues says:

To recreate:

1. Login to a user's account.
2. Kill docker, so you lose db connection
3. APIError: Failed to get session

See if there is a way to fail more gracefully than what happens now.

@theosiemensrhodes which page gives you the error? I killed the DB connection while being on the base page and accessing these pages don't seem to make the page crash for me / /schedule /classes (classes gives a NextJS error in the bubble on the bottom left but doesn't make the page crash)

It was those u mentioned, also this issue is a next sem priority, we need to focus on the missing views first
