Do you have plan to provide support for nupickers editor from umbraco 9++?

There are uSync.Migrations.Migrators under community for a few nupicker editors those convert to ContentmentDataList.
Either you can change you nupicker data type to another nupicker data type that has conversion support in uSync.Migrations.Migrators or you can add your own converter in uSync.Migrations.Migrators project to convert ContentmentDataList if there is no support for data type migration.

For example, for my case i change datatype Lucene PrefetchList Picker & Lucene PagedListPicker to Xml CheckBox Picker and then did content migration via uSync.Migrations.Migrators from v7 to v10. Both datatype converted to ContentmentDataList .
