Enum pickers, set default if item 0 exists

I think it makes sense to have it on multi select ones too.

E.g. Radio, Dropdown, Checkbox

It would be nice if the pre-value editor, could set which key is used for the default.

E.g. By default = 0

But with the ability to change to 2.

This would then mean you could use a single Enum, but have a picker within Umbraco that had different default values.

An example of this, would be a default Image Crop.
