High-level figure

We want a high-level figure that captures the essence of what tskit is and how it works. Here's a rough first pass.

It's a wide-aspect figure targeting full-width layout in a two column typesetting. It consists of 4 panels in a horizontal layout.

A) A data example. A small drawn ARG including mutations (on top) with some sample haplotypes (underneath).

B) Title is "Data Model". The corresponding Tables encoding (just the 4 key tables).

C) Title "Interfaces"Logos of C, Python, Rust and R.

D) Title "Ecosytem". Logo cloud of downstream pages split into sections for "simulation", "inference", "visualisation" and "analysis"

I have some ideas about how section C can be made richer, but I think we should probably see how it looks with the proposed layout before we go any further.
