Use AppVeyor for nighties

Now that http://help.appveyor.com/discussions/problems/6862-error-msb8020-the-build-tools-for-v140-platform-toolset-v140-cannot-be-found is resolved it is possible to do nightly pygin builds with AppVeyor:

Ok, everything is set up but looks like I can't add web hook url (https://ci.appveyor.com/api/github/webhook?id=18m3hihs2jp882vb) to this repo to trigger builds automatically.
@trexinc , would you mind adding it?
