Garbled Output

I have installed this on Arch Linux and am getting a message

using arch linux with dwm and st terminal. locale set to en_US UTF8

Ok, my bad, I was using ls++ version installed via pacman. When I installed current master from github it's working. However there are some special charaters in the output.
