Breaks Ember 2.5.0

Ember 2.5.0 breaks completely (not even the command 'ember' is executable in the terminal) when ember-cli-rename is installed.

@Znegl I would recommend uninstalling this addon. Unfortunately I haven't been actively developing this project, there were some major issues that I was unable to get past to make this function safely and consistently. I do plan on picking work back up on it in the future, but it may not be for a while.

@trabus Understand this is a few years old, but I'd highly recommend you mark this as deprecated in some way to prevent developers from trying to use this in new projects.
