Currently if you use any app in fullscreen (e.g. watching video fullscreen, using browser in fullscreen, playing a video game etc.) the break isn't triggered properly on Windows 11. There is no notification/popup (or anything else that would let the user know a break started) and the system tray menu gets stuck in the state shown in the screenshot even beyond the supposed end of the break. Sometimes it recovers after switching out of fullscreen but I haven't found any pattern in that behaviour.
Tested on Windows 11 25H2.
