[Bug] Break doesn't trigger and timer gets stuck if anything is in fullscreen mode

Currently if you use any app in fullscreen (e.g. watching video fullscreen, using browser in fullscreen, playing a video game etc.) the break isn't triggered properly on Windows 11. There is no notification/popup (or anything else that would let the user know a break started) and the system tray menu gets stuck in the state shown in the screenshot even beyond the supposed end of the break. Sometimes it recovers after switching out of fullscreen but I haven't found any pattern in that behaviour.

Tested on Windows 11 25H2.

I just had this issue just now as well (but on windows 10). Though I believe this issue is a duplicate of this one:
