ImageクラスおよびCImageクラスを用いた、画像ビューアーです。編集機能はありません

Imageクラスを用いて画像をロードした場合、alpha値が使われていようがいまいが、
すべて32ビットαチャンネル付きでロード<br />
されます。このことは後で、CImageによるjpg→png変換セーブなどを簡単化するのに
役立ちます。<br />
CImageでのロードも可能ですが、alpha値が使われていれば32ビット、使わていなけれ
ば24ビットなど一律ではありません。<br />
バッファを32ビットで統一しても、alpha値が無い場合にスクリーンに描画する場合は、
alpha=255を補ってやる必要があります。<br />
よって、ロードはImage、描画はCImageで行います。<br />
