ImageクラスおよびCImageクラスを用いた、簡易画像エディターです。
画像に滑らかなフリーハンドラインや、<br />テキストを描画することができます。

フリーハンドラインは、簡単な手振れ補正を実装していて滑らかな曲線を描きます。また、ラインで
囲われた外側を透明化して<br />
アルファPNG画像の作成も可能です。<br />
テキスト入力は、RichEditCtrlを利用した透明で回転可能なもので、回転中も
入力可能ですが、ウィンドウへのメッセージを<br />横取りして処理することと
一文字単位の描画となるため、文字数が多くなるとテキスト入力スピードが
遅くなります。<br />
フォント選択ダイアログ、カラー選択ダイアログも装備しています。
