Heroku Build Failure

When deploying app after clicking "Deploy to Heroku" (https://heroku.com/deploy?template=https://github.com/titaniumnetwork-dev/titanium-p2) There seems to be a build error stating the app.json's project is not a valid Heroku application and it fails to compile with Node.js app so the push fails. I will include a screenshot below of the result of this problem
