Save System Preset

So like : you make a star system, you like the "shape" of it but you want to edit it or use the "template" of it in another world. like you remove a planet but not the position, have the ability to just delete the planet and fill in another one, maybe extra button: remove planet or remove position( wich removes both) and save star system template maybe with options on the planets and clusters to save them in the template. or even make the system scalable? i know its a lot but i think it would be very cool, Thanks

Okay, so i have some thoughts on how that could be done. Currently the star system designer already has a pending option, meaning changes are applied later. I could implement a method to export a star system to a "template" file which could be loaded inside a new world, but it does not spawn in anything from that template until you apply it. That way, you could replace the planets before spawning them i guess. Additionally you could set the template on random generation and let the generator fill it in.
So theoretically this could be possible, but i dont know how long it will take, as i do not have as much spare time as i used to
