[FEATURE] Fix clock ratio between CCOUNT and Timers

Currently the ratio between CCOUNT and timers is not aligned with HW values due to emulation. Fix this by incrementing timers based on CCOUNT increments (and keep it async).

@lgirdwood I have fixed some issues about the timer in #21 , and I think I will also need to have some platform specific config to make the timer and wc in sync. Will send patches later.
